Chipotle Corn Cutlet

Just about a year ago a delicious new Field Roast cutlet was born: our Pimenton Masa De Maiz, who along with his brother Porcini Dijon took our delicious breaded vegetarian meats to a whole new level of exquisite international flavors. We’ve decided to give the Pimenton Masa De Maiz cutlet a new name: Chipotle Corn; a straightforward approach to the complex world of flavors this unique cutlet contains. More on this delicious cutlet here.

St. Louis Vegetarian Society
The St. Louis Vegetarian Society is a non-profit, non-sectarian association. Our goal is to promote vegetarianism, which we define as the practice of living without the use of flesh, fowl, or fish, and the ideal of complete independence from all animal products. To achieve this goal, our organization is dedicated to:
1) Providing a supportive and sharing environment for committed vegetarians;
2) Educating, supporting, and providing resources to all individuals who are interested in becoming vegetarian;
3) Promoting vegetarianism in society at large by educating others about the impact of animal-centered diets on human disease, world hunger, environmental degradation, and animal suffering;
4) Encouraging a sense of inquiry, openness, and tolerance about all matters related to vegetarianism;
5) Supporting a lifestyle that values all life.
Would you like to help lead the Vegetarian Society?

The Vegetarian Society meets on the 3rd Thursday of most months, at 6:30 pm. Enjoy the beautiful, historical architecture of the dining hall at the the First Congregational Church, 6501 Wydown Boulevard. Our meetings offer a Share-A-Dish-Dinner of vegetarian foods. Many dishes are vegan and the Society always serves a fresh salad --raw vegan dishes are also welcome. Dinners are followed by our monthly meetings which include discussions and programs relevant to vegetarian issues.
Come meet new people - enjoy great food - share recipe ideas with us! Feel free to forward this message to friends who might be interested! For more information call 314-995-2699.
